VIKING BIKING TOUR
We were actually supposed to do the tour the previous day, but due to the rain they allowed us to reschedule. This tour was a great way to check out the city. After arriving at your designated time you are fitted with helmets (check out their sweet viking ones), then assigned a tour guide before heading out into the city.
I definitely recommend the tour, but if you decide you'd rather check out the places on your own, then feel free to use the list of links provided on this page to visit some of the most popular places to visit.
DINNER AT EAT THAI IN STEEN & STROM STORMAGASIN
Buying alcohol in Norway is pricey, but this was so worth it after that long bike ride.
OLD AKER CHURCH (GAMLE AKER KIRKE)
TELTHUSBAKKEN STREET
This little street is located right next to the old church. This spot is definitely worth checking out if you're in the area, but unless you're planning on seeing other things nearby, I'm not sure if it this street alone is worth the trip out here. Its very pretty, but just a smaller spot to visit. Grouping in the old church, this street and the Kuba park (pictured below) is a good idea to make it worth it.
KUBAPARKEN
Such a beautiful park! Grab a drink at the Fyrhuset Kuba or bring a lunch for a picnic. I wish I lived next to a place like this at home.
FYRHUSET KUBA
